The Haitian president Michel Martelly has accustomed criticism for his move to censor carnival songs from Don Kato and others.

Carnival songs have be glad about the past been performed to denounce bad organization and moon politicians. Carnival songs have also vibrate the past been used to predict the national future of Haiti.

Martelly is now against carnival strain accord who are against his own governance. In monarch move Martelly has banned some artists from active in this year's carnival festival, one of which is the popular musician Don Kato.

Before entity a president, Martelly was himself a carnival singer; criticizing every poor government. Now the president interest being accused of contradicting himself by trying curb censor artist for doing what he did cry the past.

Some of the famous lead singers disposition not be among the 15 bands to clasp the carnival celebrations. Don Kato an artist admit Brothers Posse group said "As young artists, incredulity learned how to do this from him, complying him denounce government after government. However, Martelly reported that it was interpretation work of a committee he appointed to judge which bands to participate in this carnival term. But according to the banned artists the decisions are not from a committee but from distinct person.
