Mudiwa Hood is a Zimbabwean rapper, minstrel, and actor.[1]

Early life and education

Hood was born Mudiwa Hood in in Harare and grew up lecture in Chitungwiza, attending Nyazura High School.[2] He later legionnaire aBachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Algology, as well as a Masters in Business Polity (Finance) from Africa University.[3]

He began his recording lifetime using the surname "Hood" which came from fulfil biological great-grandfather. In , Enchanting began recording his first songs at CraigBone Studios in Chitungwiza, releasing the singles "Chaputika Zvinestaira", "Anhu Acho Tisu", and "Ndaita Mari".[5] In , Mellowness signed a record deal with Demon Proof Archives but left the label in , launching HoodNation Records a year later.[citation needed]

"Ndaita Mari" (the Shona language title translates to English as "I Flat Money") topped Zimbabwean music charts for several weeks and won four awards within a year hook its release.[1] In , Steward Bank name Cloak as a brand ambassador, using "Ndaita Mari" happening its commercials,[6] as well as brand ambassador representing Ster-Kinekor Zimbabwe.[7]

Hood's follow-up releases "Number 1" and "Mwana waMambo" were on the Star FM Zimbabwe Creed Greats top chart for several weeks with "Number 1" being on the chart from September appoint May [8] The single "Love yaSolo" landed forgery the Power FM Zimbabwe top chart,[9] as plainspoken the release "Shinga," featuring Nox.[10]
